Article from the Brechin Advertiser...
"Brechin City season tickets will go on sale this coming Monday, and they can be purchased from the Brechin Advertiser office in Swan Street, Brechin.
Season Ticket prices for season 2004/2005 have been held at the same price as last season. They are as follows: Adult and Child-£165 ;Adult- £150; Concession £85: I presume the season ticket prices will be £45 for High School pupils and £15 for Primary School Pupils.
The management committee have decided to maintain the current prices to ensure the manager has sufficient resources to form a serious promotion challenge.
This has been evidenced by the recent signings of Paul Ritchie, Kevin Byers, Scott Walker and Shaun Dennis.
The manager has arranged five home pre-season friendlies against top class opposition including Hearts, Dundee Utd, St Johnstone and Aberdeen.
In addition, the club has decided to include entry to cup competitions in the season ticket price, unlike many other clubs who now exclude cup fixtures.
Season Tickets offer a considerable saving over the season whilst also offering membership and voting rights in one of the few member owned clubs left in Scottish Football.
Chairman David Birse commented " The support provided from the sale of season tickets is a vital component in the financial make-up and well-being of the club.
"The season tickets represent an ideal present for the football supporter in your life and I would ask all Brechin supporters to once again give us your backing"
"Financial assistance is available to those who wish to spread the cost of the season ticket, we would ask anyone who might be interested in this option to contact Martin Smith, club treasurer.
