Double boost for Brechin
Third-placed Brechin can include Ewan Moyes and Alan Trouten in their squad to face bottom-club Albion after they overcame ankle and hamstring injuries respectively.
Gary Fusco is also available after a ban, but Craig Molloy remains sidelined with a knee problem.
Manager Ray McKinnon hopes the game gets the go-ahead on a soggy Glebe Park surface that saw Saturday's game with Forfar called off.
McKinnon said: "We already face a demanding schedule between now and the end of season and don't want to add to it.
"Rovers will battle for the win that will boost their chances of survival. They gave us a really hard game not long after I started and we just won 2-1.
"I would settle for that scoreline again."
Albion will miss defender Kevin Green from their ranks following his sending-off during Saturday's 3-2 defeat against Stranraer.
Peter Innes also misses out through a ban with the Coatbridge side still without Mick O'Byrne due to an ankle injury and Tony Stevenson who has a knee problem.
Saturday's defeat kept Rovers nine points adrift and despite blowing a two-goal lead, manager Todd Lumsden was looking on the positives.
He said: "We played really well in the opening half hour and showed the type of team that we can be. If we can do that for the full game then we can do well at Brechin.
"We face East Fife this weekend and taking something from this game would set us up nicely for that game."
